OEBL functions as a common body conducting public examinations in South Asian Fine Arts for all organisations.Fine arts Examinations will be held twice a year in the United Kingdom and other continents.
There are more than 200 qualified and experienced fine arts teachers working for our Board. Certificates issued by our Board are recognised for admission by leading Private schools , Grammer Schools and Universities.
